When a longer text is present in a custom-condition, the column is widened to show all the text in a single-line (see the attached image). This makes the columns to the right of 'Policy Conditions' column to go out of the page.

To be able to see all the columns (in a reasonable browser window size), I would suggest to limit a max-width for the columns.
