Two new datasets are added to the SURBL MULTI dataset.

I have prepared rules such as used for the other sets: 

urirhssub       URIBL_DM_SURBL  multi.surbl.org.        A   4
body            URIBL_DM_SURBL  eval:check_uridnsbl('URIBL_DM_SURBL')
describe        URIBL_DM_SURBL  Contains an URL listed in the DM SURBL
blocklist
tflags          URIBL_DM_SURBL  net notrim
reuse           URIBL_DM_SURBL

CT - Click tracker domains

This list contains domains used for tracking clicks in emails. We only list
domains used by senders that send emails to mailboxes without confirmed opt-in
(e.g. emails also sent to spamtraps).

DM - Disposable mail domains

This list contains domains used for disposable emails used only during signup.
If someone uses this kind of domain to sign up for your service they most
likely are trying to hide their true identity.
