   @yaooqinn Because old SparkUI detaching time can be unpredictable (explained in [SPARK-46330](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-46330)), I removed the timeout limit for waiting old Spark UI detaching.
   Can you reopen this PR and review it again ?
