The timeline server is likely to be in outage. It would be beneficial if the timeline client can cache the timeline entity locally after the application pass it to the client, and before the client successfully hands it over to the server.

To prevent the entity from being lost, we may want to persist it into the secondary storage, such as HDFS and Leveldb.
