   Add an automated job
   - that's configurable to run periodically
   - that builds the CLI using the latest incubator-openwhisk-cli repo and incubator-openwhisk-client-go repos
     - Replace/override the incubator-openwhisk-cli's Godeps.json incubator-openwhisk-client-go commit/rev value with the latest commit from the incubator-openwhisk-client-go master branch
   - that runs the complete CLI set of tests
   - that publishes build failure alerts (slack, ..?)
