SoapBuilders Round 2 Group C specification

Hi All ,

I am looking into the "SoapBuilders Round 2 Group C specification"  for
testing webservices ( http://www.whitemesa.com/interop/proposalC.html )

In that they have mentioned following three methods

    1. echoMeStringRequest header entry
    2. echoMeStructRequest header entry 
    3. Unknown header entry 

But these methods are not implemented in the "echo" web service which comes
with axis.

Does any body has an idea how can I test these methods on axis?.
