Debian Package (was RE: ~rant~ Docs, user list, etc.)

There's already a deb package of Tomcat 3.2.2 and mod_jk in the contrib
section Debian's testing and unstable distributions. According to Debian's
website, Stefan Gybas (sgybas@debian.org) is the packager.
