   Things done in this commit:
   - Re-worded the architecture section to omit design and class level details from it
   - Modified realtime pictures to remove kafka, and referenced same pictures in all docs
   - Converted existing design documents into sphinx format.
   
   Major TODOs:
     We still need to re-organize the docs and verify that the conversions are working as intended in
     the original documentation wiki.
   
     Need to move some of the notes from original architecture into detailed design section if we want.
   
     General language and grammar check
   
     Address various TODOs
   
     Use the references feature appropriately and remove some duplicate texts
