> The Debian package init script sources {{cassandra-env.sh}}, and exports {{JVM_OPTS}}, a throw back to when we used jsvc, and constructed the full command with args.  Now that we are using {{/usr/sbin/cassandra}}, which sources {{cassandra-env.sh}} itself, this results in the contents of {{JVM_OPTS}} appearing twice.
