I removed executorsToBeKilled. I tried using ```disableExecutor``` but it had the side effect of immediately removing executors. Instead I reused the pre-existing ```executorsPendingToBeRemoved``` map, and added a new parameter to ```killExecutors``` to get the behavior I need.
