Need changes to: 
1.dcs_installer
  a. Need to add all prompted for information to dcs-site.xml
2. traf_config_setup (prompt user for)
   a. Enable HA: yes or no
   b. Floating IP address
   c. Interface for floating ip
   d. Back up nodes for DCS master
3. edit trafodiong_config_default 
   a. should have defaults so that people know to add them
