   @ashb @dimberman @mik-laj -> small improvement in a way we run tests in CI, curently often the kubernetes tests fail because we are re-deploying and re-creating minikube in the same environment. Splitting the tests makes it much more stable (minikube is used only once) and it makes it also easier to migrate out to a real Kubernetes GKE cluster (working on it with GitLab integration). I'd appreciate fast review as it impacts stability of the tests.
