[Online Meeting] SkyWalking Eco System Project, Satellite

Hi Everyone

I want to inform you about, some PMC members of SkyWalking are working with
Apache APISIX, Baidu Inc., and API7 Inc. to talk about establishing a new
ecosystem project, Satellite

Project Satellite is going to provide a Go written sidecar proxy, which
could fetch/accept gRPC/HTTP/File based telemetry data, including Tracing,
Metrics, and Logging.
The Satellite agent will be recommended to deploy as a sidecar with the
target service, such as a k8s daemon set or directly on the VM.

All things are going to discuss at this meeting. Including whether this
project is going to land on SkyWalking Apache repo directly, or will start
with a 3rd-party ecosystem project.
All people are welcome to join, and follow up on the process of this
ecosystem project.
