test(amber): pin exact CheckpointState.load message on unknown key

Replace `assert(ex.getMessage.contains(\"unknown\"))` — which would
still pass if the message ever drifts to something like "unknown
checkpoint" — with an exact equality check against the documented
contract `RuntimeException(\"no state saved for key = $key\")`.
