Top-level wiring and Interactive Query isolation.

- KafkaStreams.java — isolation level wiring
- StreamThread.java — thread-level changes
- TopologyMetadata.java — metadata propagation
- AbstractReadOnlyDecorator, StoreToProcessorContextAdapter — decorators/adapters
- StoreQueryUtils.java — IQ reads committed-only data (IQ threads read RocksDB directly, not the batch)
- TaskCorruptedException.java — minor exception change
