Pascal Sancho closed FOP-2439.

    Resolution: Invalid

in the provided FO test case, the table is a 2x2 matrix:
 - on 2nd row:
   - 1st cell is described within the 1st 1st row (using number-row-spanned)
   - therefore the described cell comes in 2nd column

Only 1 column is described, so adding the 2nd table-column resolves the issue.
