Typed XML Pull Parser (TSPP) for Axis C++ 2.0

Hi all,

Sorry about the last couple of mails on tspp with no
explanation to the list.

We are working on a pull parser for axis 2.0. This is
a prototype impl. Any help, idea's suggestions is
always welcome!

I'm a bit stuck with alpha release these days. I'll join
you after the AXIS 2.0 SUMMIT
