[D] Can stateless container deployment be supported? [incubator-answer]

GitHub user xbsheng created a discussion: Can stateless container deployment be supported?

Because it is not convenient to deploy the current deployment machine in a stateful manner, and the disk mounting method may be handled abnormally, we hope to support storing configuration information in the db.

@xbsheng I'm not sure the following is an solution, but it should be a option.

0. Using [AUTO_INSTALL](https://answer.apache.org/docs/env/#for-auto-install) ENV for first time install.
1. Using k8s `configmap` to store the config file and mount on `/data/conf/config.yaml`.
2. It may also be required to configure the mounting of a i18n dir.
3. Using [cache-redis](https://github.com/apache/incubator-answer-plugins/tree/main/cache-redis) plugin to replace local disk cache.
4. Using [storage-s3](https://github.com/apache/incubator-answer-plugins/tree/main/storage-s3) plugin to replace the feature of saving local files.

The stateful questions I can think of would be these for your reference.
