   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   Currently in pulsar's python client(2.7.0), the "replicateSubscriptionState" feature can no be enabled in consumer' creation.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Expose the flag in consumer's construct function.
