Grouping Of boolean opeartor & parsing

its about a searching engine
Form the search text field i'll get some test(words) & some URIs  like
(http\://www.egh.org/logs/aos/tword#c_2491)

i want query to be..

soil moisture content AND ( uri1 OR uri2 OR ...uriN)
