Since project layout was forked from "commons-math" project currently all links on the issue-tracking.html generated page refers to the MATH project in JIRA rather than to RNG. For example:

1. Search existing open bugs
2. All Open Apache Commons Rng bugs
3. All Resolved Apache Commons Rng bugs
4. All Apache Commons Rng bugs
5. Etc..

Links has to be changed to point to the correct URIs.
