[PATCH] turbine-2: removing xerces dependency from Torque

The attached patch removes references to Xerces classes from torque. There
is no need for that, so now it only uses JAXP classes. It makes it possible
to use Xerces-2 because Ant's classloader issues prevented torque from
working if you upgrade from Xerces-1 to 2.

Could someone please commit it or I'll do it when I can.
