This doesn't change the Authenticate abstract that shouldn't include the Password. Not sure if there are some impacts.

Example of use : 
            parameters[SessionParameter.BindingType] = BindingType.AtomPub;
            parameters[SessionParameter.AtomPubUrl] = "http://eimprod/alfresco/wcs/cmis";
            parameters[SessionParameter.AuthenticationProviderClass] = "DotCMIS.Binding.NtlmAuthenticationProvider";
