   ### Issue description
   
   We need more prometheus metrics for better understanding the situation of APISIX nodes.
   For example, etcd keys's modify index, could help us to know about the status of etcd data synchronization.
   
   
   ### Environment
   
   * apisix version (cmd: `apisix version`): 1.4.1
   * OS: linux
