Status of NetBeans 12.0 u1 LTS

What's the status of 12.0 u1 LTS, and will it be available from the site or
only on Jenkins?

It's available through the distribution update center. So if that is 
enabled (by default it is), You shall egt a notification that updates 
are available, then need to apply those updates to have 12.0-u1.

The source code is available on Apache mirrors though.
