duccmon display of "Time Init."  and "Time Run" are not updated properly...

Time Init shows 02  all the time and Time Run shows 00.

Also:

the time shown in the duccmon WorkItems tab, for jobs currently running is also always 0.0.   Once the jobs complete, a time is shown, though...
