Hadoop summit proposal

Hello users,

Thanks for your interest and feedback. We are glad that it is useful and we
want to take it to the next level.

We submitted the proposal "Building real time apps on hadoop using Yarn and
Helix" to hadoop Summit 2013.

As you all know, in order to use Yarn one needs to write a Application
Master which is not trivial and state management of the containers is hard.
Helix can act as the generic application master and user can simply specify
the number of containers, state machine and constraints and Helix will
ensure that containers are started and manage their state.
