Branch clean up

Right now, we have 4 branches:

* lift-2.0
* metadata
* pubsubhubbub
* pubsubhubbub-2

Can we delete some of these branches? I assume we can delete .
* lift-2.0
* metadata

Any problems with that?

D.

The three RCs were our attempts before we finally got it right -

I'd like to delete them - anyone have a problem with that.

Sounds good to me.

What do you think about getting rid of the non-released tags?
