Just taken from IRC today in UTC time:

18:16:37             lrr | we had an alert about disks go off for erebus, would you mid checking to see if thee are any warning/error indicator lights for hdds in erebus?

18:19:20        @pwnguin | can confirm that erebus has a warning light, but none of the disks are indicating failure
