User MailList

Small Proposal:

Dev mailList is in Nabble (more practical than mail-archives.apache.org:
You can find by txt, see pictures and more readable)

Is it possible make the same with UserList ?

(nowadays, a lot of user's doubts are in Dev MailList or in both)

It is pending on me; I have created an archive for user@ in nabble.com, but
need some hacky way to add the nabble's robot email to apache's
subscription list.
