Update `flink-connector-hive` for 2.0 and 2.1 version

Hi,

I'm a flink-sql-gateway user and am trying to update the version to 2.0/2.1.

But I found there's no flink-connector-hive for 2.0/2.1, and the old
version does not work.

Is there a timetable to support `flink-connector-hive` for 2.0/2.1 ?

Thanks, this is quite helpful.

I've been hoping to try the amazing new features of Flink 2.x for a while
,but the lack of upgrades of connectors stopped me doing so.

Need some to upgrade the flink version, then release it.  We have created
the umbrella issue: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-38031
