This change makes ap_strtol( ) work with EBCDIC, where A-Z/a-z are not contiguous. I have NOT tested it on an ASCII machine to verify that I didn't inadvertently break ap_strtol( ) on ASCII machines. I need someone else to give that a try. Thank you, David McCreedy IBM
