### Steps to Reproduce
1. on yAxis with type: 'category', use `nameTruncate` option.
2. notice it is non-functional
### Current Behavior
Expect `nameTruncate` option to work [as described in the docs](https://echarts.apache.org/en/option.html#yAxis.nameTruncate).
### Expected Behavior
Unable to get yAxis name to properly be truncated. See, in the example, only the last few characters are visible. Expect that it should show the first few characters instead, and after `nameTruncate.maxWidth` characters, it should show the ellipsis.

not-a-bug, _nameTruncate_ is for the axis name, which you don't even have.
