Similar to PR# 2071

When I try executing any CGI script *.cgi or *.pl get the following error mesage
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your
request."

Error.log file entry
[Thu Jun 18 14:32:23 1998] [error] (2)No such file or directory: couldn't spawn child process: 
c:/zenexpre/httpd/cgi-bin/wsmsearch2.cgi
