The following snippet is from cocoon.roles from cocoon_20_branch

<role name="org.apache.cocoon.components.store.Store.Filesystem"
       shorthand="repository"
       default-class="org.apache.cocoon.components.store.FilesystemStore"/>

Should be:

<role name="org.apache.cocoon.components.store.Store/Filesystem"
       shorthand="repository"
       default-class="org.apache.cocoon.components.store.FilesystemStore"/>

This is fixed for the HEAD branch, but not for the 2.0 branch. It works with 
Avalon-Excalibur-4.0, but not with the latest 4.1.
