    Resolution: Implemented

Part of a patch v5 in a parent JIRA.

The following set of commands is supported:
{code}
hbase backup set add [name] [list of tables]
hbase backup set remove [name] [list of tables]
hbase backup set delete [name] 
hbase backup set describe [name] 
hbase backup set list
{code}

Now one can run backup command and specify backup set name:
{code}
hbase backup create full backup_directory -set name
{}code
