2.3 is staging...

2.3 is now staging, but I probably won't get to start the vote till after the 
kids are in bed.   I ran into some problems with the release plugin and the 
new samples setup that cause me to have to tweek a bunch of things during the 
release process.   Wasn't nearly as simple as normal.    I'll look into that 
more before the next release.

Anyway, I'm still planning to start the vote today, just will be a bit longer.
