[RESULT][SIP-216] Correct totals and subtotals for non-additive metrics in Table and Pivot Table charts

Hi all,

The vote to approve the proposal for fixing totals/subtotals for non-additive metrics in tables and pivot tables (I wish I had a punchier description, I admit) is now closed. Thanks to everyone who participated!

The vote PASSES with four binding +1s, four non-binding and no -1s. SIP-216 is officially accepted.
