{{IndexUpdate}} allows passing in a custom {{MissingIndexProviderStrategy}}. However the custom provider is only stored as instance variable in {{IndexUpdate}} and does not get passed to child IndexUpadate instance.

As a fix it should be stored in IndexUpdateRootState and accessed from that
