[jira] [Updated] (HDFS-9173) Erasure Coding: Lease recovery for striped file

Jing Zhao updated HDFS-9173:
----------------------------
    Attachment: HDFS-9173.06.patch

Upload a rebased patch for Walter. Also did some minor code cleanup in class {{RecoveryTaskStriped}} by removing some redundant class member fields.

bq. better to use if-else to avoid constructing RecoveringBlock unnecessarily

The original patch only defines a copy constructor for {{RecoveryStripedBlock}}, thus in that piece of code it may be hard to use a if-else unless we change the constructor definition. Maybe it's ok now just leaving it there?
