   I am happy to address any further questions if some may rise.
   The plan to follow up this part is to implement the server side as mentioned with correct state changes and all the related work that actually does call the onFinalizeAction-s of LayoutFeatures, and explore the possibilities to break down the work and ensure a smooth experience for finalization.
   
   I will post a PR on the minimal version, that does the finalization all at once, and provides monitoring. (Though monitoring is an interesting question whether it is easily doable the way I think it is.) Then share a proposal about the possible ways to make the system more robust for the user, while keeping it fairly simple for the developer.
