We should :

 - Avoid referencing outdated objects
 - Rely more on maven for libraries that do not contain binaries
 - Re-order a bit top links.

Rationals:
 - We do not upload the libraries binary releases. Using maven will automate that process.
 - Users might get confused by today release page, cf MIME4J-266
