[I] Auth Manager support [iceberg-rust]

### What's the feature are you trying to implement?
Java and Python have [AuthManager](https://iceberg.apache.org/javadoc/1.8.0/org/apache/iceberg/rest/auth/AuthManager.html) support for setting authentication.
I'm borrowing the list of steps from [this issue](https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/issues/1876) since they should roughly match. Happy to contribute this!
- [ ] Create AuthManager class
- [ ] Replace existing oauth2 token fetching workflow with a Oauth2Manager
- [ ] Expose way for users to use a custom AuthManager when defining REST Catalog
### Willingness to contribute
I can contribute to this feature independently

Hi @rambleraptor , thanks for working on this!
Should we include request signer in this issue? Right now there are catalogs like Glue that implement IRC, but will require a request signer to interact with as an IRC. I think adding the request signer would be very helpful. We can use [reqsign](https://docs.rs/reqsign/latest/reqsign/) which is already a dependency
