Reset service vs. disable-cache

For those who prefer the reset service (i'm one of them!)
here's a greasemonkey script to make it easier to use.

http://andyhot.di.uoa.gr/blojsom/resources/tapestry.user.js

It generates a refresh link at the bottom of the current page. Use that link
instead of browser's refresh to have tapestry reload the changes you
make while developing.
