现在你的问题是，系统版本，和cs官方源版本不太一致。
但你可以灵活的解决这个问题。
source.list 这个文件你可以编辑，改变系统版本名称。与官方源中的对应。

或者，下载某版本的deb到本地，搭建本地源进行安装。

另外，官方文档中，是存在错误，包名称有误。 应该是 cloudstack-management 和 cloudstack-agent 。
如果你apt的源配置好，可以善用  apt-cache search  cloudstack   命令。  查找正确的包名。
