Per the [Apache branding guide|http://incubator.apache.org/guides/branding.html#disclaimers], a podling must include a disclaimer that it is not yet a full Apache project.

Please add the disclaimer text to README.md, and also a DISCLAIMER file (which you will need to include in your first release).
