   For example, I want to be able to simply call like this?
   ```
   a = mx.nd.array([1,2,3])
   b = mx.nd.array([1,2,5])
   c = a & b
   d = a | b
   ```
   Currently, it says this operands is unsupported. By the way, is it possible to do this on GPU ?
