Σχετ: OM 3.1.0 tested 13-1-2016
I take a closer look to the Alvaro's guide and I run the ffmpeg script and I change some paths.
The recordings function and I can download them in flc and avi format too but I get an error message in greek language to the main board. I translate the error in English version and it is the following: "No videos found with supported formats and MIME types".
As it concerns the profile image, I still have the issue :(
It is minor issue but if you have any suggestion please inform me.

you have some configuration issues, please try to reconfigure according to Alvaro's guide or ask for commercial support

0) as I already told you, it depends on the version you currently have,
most probably you can use existing DB
1) this clearly illustrates your imagemagic is not 100% working, you need
to fix it
2) OM uses UTF-8 encoding, in case your client do support this everything
should be OK (I'll try to check russian to ensure)
3) what are your detailed steps?

2) when I send emails from OM (invitation, message, registration etc..) I receive emails with question marks (??????) because maybe the mail system does not recognize the charset encoding of Greek letters.
