[jira] [Created] (CASSANDRA-5061) Upgraded cassandra loses all cfs on restart

Marcus Eriksson created CASSANDRA-5061:
------------------------------------------

             Summary: Upgraded cassandra loses all cfs on restart
                 Key: CASSANDRA-5061
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-5061
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.1.7
            Reporter: Marcus Eriksson
         Attachments: 0001-flush-data-after-fixing-nano-timestamps.patch

A bit dramatic summary, but hey;

If you upgrade cassandra and then restart it, you lose all your CFs, but they come back if you restart again.

This is due to fixSchemaNanoTimestamp not flushing the new data after truncating the CF and re-doing the mutations.
