I recently tried to download Xerces-C++ 2.1.0 from the archive download site at
http://archive.apache.org/dist/xml/xerces-c/. Both the .tar.gz and .zip source
bundles failed PGP signature checks, and the .tar.gz bundle fails extraction due
to CRC errors.
